Return, Cancellation and Shipping Policy

The current CRM/Cardinal River Models return policy is as follows:

Any purchase may be returned if found to be defective through consultation with Cardinal River Models. It is understood accidents happen and we will strive to make it right for you. 

Any purchase non opened and in new condition may be returned until 3 days have passed after customer delivery. Exceptions may be made but cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are required to pay return shipping unless the return is due to a Cardinal River Models consultation deemed factory defect. In the event the customer does not want a full refund and would like a replacement model sent to them CRM will pay the shipping of the replacement model. No replacement model will be sent until the defective model is received and inspected. 

The current Cardinal River Models order Cancellation Policy is as follows: 

Any PreOrders or non shipped orders may be cancelled by contacting through cardinalrivermodels@gmail.com or 502-767-4716. If an order ships before a request for cancellation has occurred the customer may be required to pay return shipping cost. 

The current Cardinal River Models Shipping Policy is as follows:

CRM/Cardinal River Models must declare that shipping rates may be subject to change without notice and any orders may be held until the difference is paid. This will most likely never happen, but is necessary to state. 

CRM strives to offer the best and most convenient shipping rates to customers. 

*The Cardinal River Models return, cancellation and shipping policy does not cover the SACOM boxcars as they are not a product of Cardinal River Models.
