1. (Q) Can PreOrders be cancelled anytime? 

     (A) Yes! PreOrders can be cancelled anytime as per the Cancellation Policy found at the bottom of our homepage. 

2. (Q) How can I place an order on the Cardinal River Models website? 

    (A) You can place an order by simply adding the item you would like into your cart and following the instructions to complete the order. Our checkout currently has the option to select 'PayPal Order Invoice Upon Shipment'. Selecting this option will easily log your order and you will receive an invoice when the order is ready to ship.  

3. (Q) Do PreOrders Require funds down to place? 

    (A) No, PreOrders DO NOT require any funds down to place. You will receive an invoice from us when your order is ready to ship. Be sure to select the 'Paypal Order Invoice Upon Shipment' selection when placing your order. If you do not select this option there will be a pending charge, and we will quickly create a new order for you with the above option selected and cancel the pending charge order. 

4. (Q) Why are/arent Sales Taxes visible on my PreOrder? 

    (A) Different jurisdictions have various tax laws and our website is configured to comply with any that are currently applicable to CRM LLC sales. When you receive the final invoice to pay for your order at shipping, any relevant taxes will be calculated into the final total and visible on the invoice. It is also possible that a tax charge that comes up in the PreOrder checkout will be omitted from your final invoice when the order is ready to ship. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. 

5. (Q) When is your company launching the first products?

    (A) We should have our first product available by the beginning of Spring 2025!

6. (Q) Will the HO Scale Nickel Plate Road S-2 Berkshire meet applicable NMRA standards?

    (A) Yes! The HO Scale Nickel Plate Road S-2 Berkshire model has been designed to meet ALL applicable NMRA standards! 

7. (Q) What DCC system will the Nickel Plate Road S-2 model come equipped with? 

   (A) The engineering team has been working with ESU LokSound.
